Providing the full range of project management services, our highly skilled and experienced teams include Association for Project Management (APM), NEC, and PRINCE2 accredited staff to provide overall planning and co-ordination of projects, from inception to completion.
Irrespective of the scale or type of project, we have the experience and resources to deliver outcomes on-time, within cost, and in accordance with quality standards.
As project managers, we have delivered a wide range of schemes including new-build, refurbishment, alteration, repair and refurbishment, to facilitate our clients’ developments through the active management of the construction process.
We manage the design and construction of projects, working in close collaboration with our client teams. Our role includes the management of tenders and the appointment of supplementary services and sub-consultants, including cost consultants, M&E services and structural engineers.

Overseeing performance and tracking deliverables, our role ensures that all parties fulfil their obligations and compliance is maintained.
Employer’s Agent
Acting on behalf of our clients to ensure our projects meet objectives for quality, time and budget, our role as employer’s agent includes contract administration, project management, quality control, technical liaison and contractor management.
Cost Consultancy
Ensuring value for money and project delivery within set budgets, we provide cost consultancy services to support project management. This includes the provision of cost estimates, supporting the management of budgets and controlling costs throughout a project life-cycle.
Principal Designer for CDM and CDM Advisor
Acting as principal designers under updated CDM (Construction, Design and Management regulations) and Building Regulations, we fully integrate health and safety throughout the design and construction process. Our aim is to not only make sure that all legislation is met but to add value to every project. Our clients benefit from our vast practical expertise in design, occupational safety, construction safety, risk assessment and end-user documentation.
Principal Designer for Building Regulations
Under the Building Safety Act 2022, our team of high skilled principal designers for Building Regulations are responsible for coordinating the design process, managing and monitoring the design work, and ensuring that all designers involved comply with their duties. We followed the emergence of the Act and associated legislation closely, preparing and tracking its progress, and taking part in consultation for over a year prior. Since then, we have applied our knowledge, gaining practical experience on a wide range of schemes.
