We’re delighted to have been reappointed to Kirklees Council’s Professional Consultancy Services Framework
by AHR
We’ve enjoyed a long-standing relationship with the Council since 1971 and have held a framework commission with them since 2001, so we’re delighted to have secured a place on multiple Lots in the latest iteration.
The four-year framework, which will run until 2029, is divided into nine Lots covering architecture and multidisciplinary design, project management, quantity surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, structural or light civil engineering, lift consultancy, building surveying, clerk of works and conservation and heritage advice services.
We are pleased to announce that we have been appointed to all Lots we applied for, which include:
Our heritage conservation and refurbishment expertise in Kirklees
Our 190-year history in West Yorkshire perfectly positions us for our work with Kirklees Council, helping to protect and care for their portfolio of listed and heritage buildings, as well as successfully delivering a wide range of refurbishment, repair, remodelling, building surveying and new-build schemes across the Kirklees district.
Our recent projects have included sensitive restoration works at a number of their heritage sites, including The Estate Buildings, Huddersfield Town Hall and The George Hotel, as well as new build schemes such as Ashbrow Extra Care, where we supported the Council in providing high quality homes to meet local housing needs.
We’re looking forward to continuing our work with Kirklees Council over the next four years – and hopefully beyond.
