Beatrice is a calm, confident and highly organised leader who brings more than two decades of experience across the construction industry. Passionate about inclusive design and delivering social value, she thrives in multidisciplinary environments, bringing teams together around shared goals and delivering with care, consistency and precision.

She is skilled in managing complex programmes across a range of sectors, from refurbishment and remodelling to new build delivery. Beatrice supports clients and consultants from early engagement through to completion, ensuring that time, cost and quality targets are met at every stage. She brings strength in contract management, stakeholder coordination and team leadership.
Known for her approachable style and strong communication skills, Beatrice builds trust across diverse project teams and user groups. Her knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks enables her to navigate complex briefs with confidence, always keeping long-term performance and sustainability in focus.
Outside of work Beatrice likes to go on countryside walks. She is very family and people-oriented and enjoys spending time with family and friends at her local Church, where she also volunteers in various capacities.

We have been appointed to oversee project management duties, design the replacement pedestrian bridge and refurbish the Ebury play area at the Rickmansworth Aquadrome.

Cafcass Office Fit-Out
We led a project to deliver fit-out and refurbishment works for the Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service , as part of a wider programme of works to enhance their estate.
