We’re delighted to join EN:Procure’s Construction Consultancy Services Framework

by AHR
Following on from our appointment on the previous iteration of the framework, we have successfully secured a place on multiple lots of the new Gen-4 framework, joining 105 other suppliers.
The EN:Procure Construction Consultancy Services framework, which runs from May 2025 until May 2029, carefully selects consultants to build a leading-edge supply chain for all aspects of construction consultancy.
It is for registered social housing providers and public sector contracting authorities primarily across Yorkshire and Humber, the East Midlands and the North West.
We were successfully appointed on all of the lots we applied for:

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) account for 92% of practices appointed to the framework, continuing EN:Procure’s commitment to championing smaller organisations in the sector.
It also sets out to provide a wide range of social, economic and environmental benefits for communities served by Efficiency North’s membership of social housing providers, local authorities and other public sector bodies.
We always aim to champion SMEs, which was once again a focus for this framework. It’s brilliant to have such impressive SMEs appointed and we look forward to working with them, alongside the other expert consultants, to deliver outstanding consultancy services and achieve robust ESG targets.”
Emma Mottram
Director of Operations for EN:ProcureGen-4 fits the new requirements of public sector bodies in a fast-changing environment, with higher attention to data protection, the Modern Slavery Act, the Equality Act, sustainability, plus modern solutions to social value benefits.
We look forward to working closely with EN:Procure and other stakeholders over the next four years.
As a leading supplier to national and regional frameworks, it’s simple to appoint us. Take a look at a selection of our current framework solutions, where you will also find more information on the EN:Procure Construction Consultancy Services Gen-4 framework, here.
