With a strong track record across education, civic and residential sectors, associate Lee Secker is experienced in managing complex refurbishments and working confidently in live operational environments.

Lee joined us in 2011 after graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University in building surveying, qualifying as a chartered surveyor in 2019. Over the years, he has developed expertise across all aspects of building consultancy, from feasibility and survey work to technical design, tender documentation and contract administration.
His work includes producing detailed drawing packages, managing stakeholder coordination and ensuring smooth delivery from pre-construction through to completion. Known for his consistent and collaborative approach, Lee supports clients in navigating complex projects with clarity and confidence.
Outside of the office, Lee enjoys spending time with friends and family, and partaking in various sports including football, golf and paddle.
