The North West Construction Hub (NWCH) was established in 2009 in response to Central Government’s drive to improve efficiencies within the public sector

It supports the procurement of consultants to public sector clients across the North West of England and is led by a board comprising of representatives from public sector organisations across the North West – with the legal entity behind it being Manchester City Council.

We are thrilled to have successfully secured one of four places on Lot 2 Architectural, Lot 4 Building Surveying and Lot 8 CDM on the professional services framework ‘NWCH Consult’ which supports like-minded organisations to come together to do business collaboratively, developing long-term relationships, formed around shared objectives and common values.

The framework will procure a wide range of professional services under our appointed lots which could include affordable and sustainable architectural building design, building surveying and CDM appointments across a wide range of sectors including residential, primary and secondary schools, commercial and office buildings, cultural and leisure buildings, amongst other public sector clients.

NWCH Consult, which runs until 2029, will provide all consultancy services to major projects, utilising the established Two Stage Open Book process. It will also enable public authorities to gain access to professional Property Asset Consultancy services and resources.

You can find out more about this framework on the NWCH website.
