We're thrilled to have secured a place on Fusion21's Building Safety and Compliance Framework

Designed to assist members in the management and maintenance of safe buildings and the demonstration of building compliance, the framework also addresses emerging fire safety requirements of the Building Safety Agenda.

Set up under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, it offers a flexible approach to call off including direct award, single and two stage mini competitions, and will run from April 2025 to April 2029.

To support clients in covering multiple areas of building safety and compliance, the framework covers four key categories: Asbestos, Legionella, Fire Safety and Electric and is divided into 12 separate lots.

We’re appointed to Lot 5 Fire Safety Surveying and Consultancy (Multidisciplinary) which includes a number of roles related to the delivery of expert fire safety services, including Employer’s Agent, Contract Administrator, Project Manager, Fire Risk Assessor, and Cost Manager.
