We're thrilled to have secured a place on Fusion21's Building Safety and Compliance Framework

by AHR
We are proud to join the 145 practices appointed to the £800m framework, which provides regional and national coverage and offers clients support in in caring for and enhancing their buildings.
Designed to assist members in the management and maintenance of safe buildings and the demonstration of building compliance, the framework also addresses emerging fire safety requirements of the Building Safety Agenda.
Set up under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, it offers a flexible approach to call off including direct award, single and two stage mini competitions, and will run from April 2025 to April 2029.
With the introduction of the Building Safety Act, the responsibility to ensure building compliance has grown, and we’re delighted to be able to continue supporting our members with this framework renewal as part of our ‘big six’ offer. Having listened to member and supplier feedback, we’ve created a new generation of the Building Safety and Compliance Framework, suitable for all building types across the public sector.”
Peter Francis
Group Executive Director (Operations) at Fusion21To support clients in covering multiple areas of building safety and compliance, the framework covers four key categories: Asbestos, Legionella, Fire Safety and Electric and is divided into 12 separate lots.
