RISE is a public-sector framework that gives clients quick access to compliant, high quality contractors and consultants. It also places strong emphasis on delivering social value and ESG outcomes through partnership working.

What has AHR been appointed to deliver on the framework?

We have been re-appointed as one of ten suppliers for Architectural Services (Group 6) and has been newly appointed as one of five suppliers for Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services (Group 12).

When does the framework run and what areas will AHR support?

The framework runs from March 2026 to March 2029. AHR looks forward to delivering greater social impact, as well as a high standard of architectural services and multi-disciplinary projects across the North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, and North Wales

RISE is driven by a community investment strategy that funds social innovation benefiting the communities served by public-sector partners. In 2024, RISE delivered £15.8 million of social impact.

Rise is a pro-social framework, covering the North West, Yorkshire and the Humber and North Wales.

The Rise Construction Framework offers public sector clients access to a range of compliant and high-quality contractors and consultants, with the assurance that increasingly important Social Value / ESG commitments will be achieved through partnership working

We have been successfully re-appointed as one of ten suppliers to deliver architectural services (Group 6) and newly appointed to deliver multi-disciplinary consultancy services (Group 12) as one of just five suppliers.

The framework will run from March 2026 to March 2030 and consists of the following 12 groups, enabling efficient access to a range of competent consultants and contractors:
