Announcing our successful re-appointment to the RISE Construction Framework

Rise is a pro-social framework, covering the North West, Yorkshire and the Humber and North Wales.
The Rise Construction Framework offers public sector clients access to a range of compliant and high-quality contractors and consultants, with the assurance that increasingly important Social Value / ESG commitments will be achieved through partnership working
We have been successfully re-appointed as one of ten suppliers to deliver architectural services (Group 6) and newly appointed to deliver multi-disciplinary consultancy services (Group 12) as one of just five suppliers.
The framework will run from March 2026 to March 2030 and consists of the following 12 groups, enabling efficient access to a range of competent consultants and contractors:
- General Construction
- Refurbishment
- Mechanical and Electrical Works
- Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Works
- Fire Safety and Compliance Works
- Architectural Services
- Project Management
- Cost Management and Quantity Surveying
- Employers Agent and Contract Administration
- Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing
- Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering
- Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy Services
Driven by a strong community investment strategy, Rise drives social impact across communities by directly funding social innovation that impacts the communities their public sector partners serve. In 2024, they delivered £15.8 million of social impact.
We look forward to working with Rise to deliver high-quality projects and create greater social impact across the North West, Yorkshire and the Humber, and North Wales.
