project overview

Luxury, affordable living as part of a city’s transformation

The modern, sociable and vibrant Manchester Waters development will be a pleasant addition to the city’s growing housing offer. Part of a wider regeneration of the Trafford area, our 159-bed apartment scheme, which consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, will provide a luxurious place to live, with community and connectivity at its core.

As part of Trafford council’s vision to transform the area for all to enjoy, our design includes the health and wellbeing of residents by creating a more active and sociable community hub.

Easy accessibility to both Manchester city centre and Salford Quays is also a key feature, bringing more job opportunity for residents and contributing to a growing community of people. The development is a prime hotspot for professionals who will benefit from commuting in and out of the city’s prosperous areas.

design concept

Designed with residents at the forefront

The community-driven development proudly combines the areas for residents to connect with each other, the outdoors and create a community spirit.

An integral element of our design was to make best use of the surrounding outdoor space to encourage residents’ to spend more time walking, increasing their health and wellbeing. The scheme integrates convenient pedestrian and cycle routes along the Manchester Ship Canal, making an evening stroll or even a brisk cycle to work much safer, easier and more convenient.

A resident’s roof terrace sits above the entrance pavilion which connects the two apartment buildings, overlooking the resident’s biodiverse communal garden and the Manchester Ship Canal beyond.
