A vibrant hotel welcomed to a thriving North East area
Part of one of the UK’s most exciting development areas, the Baltic Quarter, our new 344-key hotel will join a vibrant site, neighbouring the iconic Gateshead Quays.
The brief required us to deliver a hotel that offers both mid and premium brand room types to attract a range of guest types to a fantastic cultural destination in the North East which has seen a significant transformation over recent years.
The hotel will sit on the northern part of the Baltic Quarter and will complement wider recent additions to the site, including offices, sports, leisure and retail facilities.
Its prime location means hotel guests will enjoy fantastic skyline views from both Gateshead and the river facing sides. Notable landmarks in sight include the Sage building and the Millennium and Tyne bridges.
