We’ll be providing advice on the implementation of the Building Safety Act and ensuring safety across housing stock, on this national framework which is accessible to a wide range of local authorities and housing associations.

We’re one of 15 suppliers appointed to Lot 3 – Building Safety Consultancy, which will run for four years until 2030, and allow for call-off appointments to be made through direct award and competitive selection processes.

We will support clients with the provision of advice on ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act, as well as carrying out investigations where issues have been identified, and acting as a project manager for rectification works.
