Paul has acted as project surveyor from inception to completion on a broad range of projects. This has given him the experience to ensure that each project is completed successfully in relation to both cost and time-scales and has allowed him to foster long-term relationships with a number of key clients. He brings to clients the benefits of his vast experience from pre-contract design and feasibility work through to post-contract administration.
He has been instrumental in implementing the role of BIM across AHR’s building consultancy teams. He has used BIM on projects for a large number of clients including the University of Sheffield, Kirklees Council and many schools, academies and academy trusts.
Paul’s expertise covers many sectors including most notably schools, academies and academy trusts, as well as colleges and universities in addition to local authority clients.
Paul is a qualified APC Assessor, responsible for managing APC candidates and training. He is also a key member of AHR’s Innovation Group.
Paul joined AHR in 2003 and completed a part-time Degree Course in Building Surveying at Leeds Metropolitan University, graduating in 2008. In 2011 he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, and was promoted to Associate Director in 2018.
