Creating a sense of home and community, our 407-bed student accommodation development on Bingley Street in Leeds provides a mixture of cluster and studio apartments as well as communal lounge areas, a courtyard, gym and cinema room.
Making the most of its prominent location, The Refinery offers to students better accessibility to everything Leeds has to offer, including its major university and college buildings, as well as the exciting city centre and train station.
Building meaningful connections and nurturing friendships with other residents is encouraged through the many social spaces dotted throughout the building.
