MRICS, BSc (Hons) Building Surveying
Associate Gary Adams shares his time between our Bristol office and the recently opened Cardiff office. As a PAS2035 Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator, he will play an integral role in building upon our decarbonisation agenda by supporting with retrofit projects.

Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role, having worked across a range of sectors including residential, healthcare, schools and colleges and universities. Prior to becoming a chartered building surveyor, Gary honed his expertise as an energy surveyor, cultivating valuable skills, knowledge, and a passion for sustainability.
His comprehensive skillset also includes surveying, party wall matters, building inspection and building pathology, as well as experience in contract administration and general project management.
Upon his appointment Gary was instantly attracted to the approachability of our people, their attitude towards innovation, sustainability and how we are embracing change.
Gary’s multifaceted nature extends beyond the workplace, as he actively engages in a whole host of sporting hobbies in his spare time, such as running, mountain biking, swimming, paddleboarding, skiing and diving.
