Plans approved for a vibrant and connected new residential development in Milton Keynes
by AHR
This landmark build-to-rent (BTR) residential development will provide 350 high quality apartments, shaping a welcoming, sustainable and people-focused place to live.
Spread across three distinct blocks of ten, 13 and 18-storeys, the homes will be complemented by a mix of shared amenities and landscaped outdoor spaces, all thoughtfully designed to support community, wellbeing and everyday comfort.
Working with Galliford Try Investments, the scheme takes inspiration from Milton Keynes’ bold, modern grid, with a stepped design that adds character to the skyline while sitting comfortably alongside neighbouring buildings. Designed around the principles of ‘Building for a Healthy Life,’ Avebury Boulevard reflects the evolving ambitions of the city - greener, more connected and focused on people.
Avebury Boulevard will not only be a great place to live, but will make a positive contribution to the wider city. It reflects the ambitions of Milton Keynes to create a greener, more vibrant city centre. One that’s ready for the future and focused on its people."

Project DirectorOur landscape design plays a key role in shaping the feel of the space. At ground level, residents will be able to enjoy outdoor areas that encourage movement, pause and connection, with natural textures, soft planting and quiet places to sit.
Residents will benefit from a range of amenities designed to support modern lifestyles, including:
- Welcoming resident lounges and social spaces
- A landscaped courtyard garden
- Roof terrace with views across the city
- Secure internal cycle storage
- Outdoor seating areas
- Convenient access to green public realm and walking routes
Sustainability has been embedded from the outset. A fabric-first approach will help reduce energy use through high levels of insulation, airtightness and careful attention to solar gain. Homes will be powered by efficient, all-electric systems, supported by air source heat pumps and rooftop solar panels - offering low-carbon comfort throughout the year.
