Much of his experience has been gained in costing and managing framework agreements for various local authorities and private sector clients.
A keen interest in historic buildings and monuments has led Lee to foster a close relationship with English Heritage culminating in the survey of some of the UK’s most prestigious sites.
Lee is AHR's Director with responsibility for Geomatics. Under his direction the team has developed and maintained an enviable reputation for quality and accuracy in this specialised area of surveying.
Lee is very active with AHR’s Building Information Model (BIM) Strategy Group, where he has specific input into the benefits and development of BIM relative to refurbishment projects and the added value this brings to clients. Lee is also a member of the UK Government’s BIM Task Group, which brings together expertise from industry, government, public sector, institutes and academia to deliver government requirements for the implementation of laser scanning within the BIM process.
