AHR CARRIED OUT AN INTERNAL FIT OUT OF PART OF THE 3RD FLOOR IN THE UNIVERSITY OF GLASGOW INNOVATION BUILDING IN THE MERCHANT CITY FOR CENSIS. CENSIS WERE A NEWLY EXPANDING TECHNOLOGY BUSINESS RELOCATING FROM HISTORIC UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION INTO NEW OPEN PLAN OFFICE SPACE OFF CAMPUS.
AHR assisted in all aspects of the relocation from feasibility to
completion including lease negotiations, selection of floor space,
formation of suite, furniture selection and various options for fit out.
The fit-out consisted of formation of glass partition offices and meeting rooms (with feature graphics), reception and waiting area formed by tea prep area feature wall and new reception wall with integrated storage, coats and media, formation of new electronic lab with built in benching and storage. Adjustments to the ventilation, power and lighting, floor boxes and included integrated University IT and AV were carried out, as well as additional decorative lighting in new feature ceilings.
