Network Rail York Campus has won the Commercial category at the RICS Awards 2015, Pro Yorkshire. The project then went on to receive the top prize; Project of the Year, at an award ceremony on Friday night.
The judging panel were hugely impressed by the campus:
"The building has been designed for a complex function, but the way that this has been achieved, with the building fitting into its landscape and offering future flexibility, is really admirable. The Judges are confident that this building can serve as a template for buildings of this nature in future wherever they are built."
This marks a third double award win for the practice in just three weeks following successes for Keynsham Civic Centre & One Stop Shop at the South West RIBA and BCO Awards.
