The development in total incorporates 41,200 m² of GFA and is planned to accommodate BPO processes for the numerous multi-national corporations looking to set up in the tri-city region of northern Poland.
The design sets four of the buildings back against the rear boundary ensuring good visibility and identification of each building from the main road. The front of the site is reserved for a larger building – planned to be the headquarters of one of the tenant companies. Parking is located in one underground and one above ground level along the rear boundary of the site, creating an acoustic barrier which protects the park from the noise, potentially generated by the light rail line. This project has been nominated for numerous local and national awards.
