AHR Building Consultancy’s Geomatics team is delighted to have been successfully reappointed to Historic England’s (formerly English Heritage’s) three-year Framework for Metric Surveying Services. Our appointment covers two lots: Lot 3 Topographic Surveys and Lot 4 Measured Building Surveys (including Laser Scanning).
AHR has worked directly for English Heritage on five out of the six most recent terms of the framework.
Over the years, our involvement has seen us survey a broad range of historic properties from the Swiss Cottage and Museum in the grounds of Osborne House on the Isle of Wight (and parts of Osborne House itself), through to Rievaulx Abbey, Fountains Abbey, Witley Court, Clifford’s Tower, and Vindolanda Roman Fort in addition to surveying a large number of properties and monuments to produce Counter Disaster Plans.
We are pleased to continue our involvement with Historic England and wish them every success with their recent restructuring.
