It’s the first MIPIM of the new decade and we’re thrilled to be attending again in 2020! We are looking forward to catching up and networking with friends and colleagues across the industry.
Our delegates will be available in Cannes, France from 10th March - 13th March to discuss any of our projects and potential opportunities.
Our team has worked on numerous projects across a range of sectors and services including office and workplace, residential, mixed use and education, on both a large and small scale. They will be on hand to discuss any of our projects and opportunities AHR may be able to assist with.
Please take a look at our delegate profiles and get in touch for a chat or to arrange a meeting.
Our MIPIM presence reflects our nature as a multi-geography practice. Our team works across eight services and nine sectors, with ten offices across the UK and internationally, which gives us great insight that we can share.
Working across multiple geographies, we draw upon regional strengths and international experience. Our offices throughout the UK provides us with a strong understanding of local communities, of our client and the people affected by our designs.
Our MIPIM 2020 theme is ‘Future Towns and Cities’.
The social trend of wellbeing is having a significant effect on the way towns and cities are designed. Both the private and public sectors are sitting up and taking notice of this and increasingly using wellbeing as a way to futureproof the regeneration of towns and cities.
In addition, the built environment is also challenged with meeting a range of new demands. Sustainability and the net zero carbon targets, the housing crisis and the high street struggling amid the revolution in consumer behaviour and move to online shopping.
New regeneration projects for towns offer an invaluable opportunity to reshape urban centres in a sustainable way that both promotes wellbeing and addresses the effects of the ongoing disruption across property sectors.
Working across sectors, we understand how mixed-use solutions are effective in unlocking inclusive growth and the ways varied places integrate to support this.
We will be exploring how we can respond to our future in inspired fashion by placing population and environmental health needs at the heart.
Explore how we create healthy spaces that bring us together, encourage positive change to protect our environment, and capture the aspirations of our clients.
