Our 2025 social value impact

We embed social value into everything we do, from the places we design and the expertise we share, to the people we support and the communities we engage with. Our teams champion fair education while creating inclusive communities and supporting wellbeing for the people we work with. In 2025, these commitments achieved a total social value impact of £503,000.

Planning success for landmark build-to-rent development, Avebury Boulevard

We’re delighted to announce planning has been granted for our new build-to-rent development in Milton Keynes. The scheme features three distinctive blocks of 10, 13 and 18 storeys, delivering exceptional homes with thoughtfully designed shared amenities and beautifully landscaped outdoor spaces designed to for community and wellbeing.
