BASS WAREHOUSE

  • THE FORMER JS BASS WAREHOUSE, CONSTRUCTED IN THE 1840’S HAD BEEN AN IRON WORKS AND PACKING WAREHOUSE BEFORE LYING DERELICT. THE REFURBISHMENT AND REGENERATION WAS CARRIED OUT OVER SEVERAL YEARS THROUGH TWO PHASES OF DEVELOPMENT.
  • Phase one involved the rebuilding and strengthening of the existing structure, excavation of a lower ground floor, construction of a new roof and installation of replacement windows.

    Phase two, marked the final transformation from derelict warehouse to a contemporary commercial building following a substantial internal fit out and the construction of a modern entrance pavilion.
